Hello,
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. While I'm excited beyond words for what's ahead, it's also bittersweet to step away. Over the past year and a half working with you and this fantastic sunny day team, it's been an opportunity for growth, learning, and connections. Getting to work closely with you has been such an amazing experience, and I appreciate every moment of trust you’ve placed in me. I hope that in some humble way, while I was here, I was able to make a difference and help ensure that Every Day is a Sunny Day for you who I had the pleasure of working with. Even as I move forward, I'll still be around the area and plan to stay connected, so, this isn't the end. Thank you all for being such an important part of this chapter in my young career.
Best regards,
Preston Gullum
Case Study
Show your current membership card.
We often think the medical facility or clinic, or office already have your current insurance information. Guess what, it’s not always!
When checking in for medical services like MRI, lab tests, office visit, or prescriptions, we suggest you provide the front desk with current health coverage membership card. We’ve learned from a client. After having an MRI, she received a letter that her claim had been rejected. We found out the MRI office didn’t have her current coverage and sent the claim to the old insurance company. We helped her to get it straighten.
Simply put, whenever and wherever you receive care, do not assume they have your current info, please show the front desk at check in your current health coverage membership card.
